7-Eleven Beenleigh
Project Description
The developer maximised the potential of this site by incorporating a new seven eleven service station with a 315 m2 split retail outlet complex. TfA designed both the service station and the retail complex.
Timing
Construction was completed in February 2002 (when fuel was just 74.9 cpl!).
Value
Total project value was approximately $1.5 million.
TfA Contribution
TfA provided detailed design, construction site inspections, commissioning and site documentation.
