Bloxsom Commercial Centre
Project Description
The Bloxsom Family Group has a 16.6 hectare site which is gradually being developed into a concentrated commercial complex with 18 commercial / warehouse premises. Each building is architecturally custom designed to suit the needs of the tenant. Currently three buildings have been constructed with a total area of 2,500m2. Additional buildings are currently being documented with the largest approximately 8,500m2 in floor area.
Timing
Construction of the building shown above was completed in November 2001.
TfA Contribution
TfA have created multiple building concepts for a variety of tenants to date. Once a tenant company has been signed TfA provides the architectural, hydraulic and landscaping documentation for each building.
