Wayne has extensive oil industry experience in Australia and throughout the world. During 20 years with Shell, he held engineering management positions relating to Terminals, Service Station, Retail and Depot Engineering.
He then moved to London where he was Shell International Retail Engineering Manager traveling throughout the world evaluating emerging technologies and establishing Engineering Standards.
Wayne also has extensive project management and technical experience associated with the Construction Industry and is TfA's Project Manager. He has project managed the construction of service stations and heads up our Schools program.
