2. Personal information held by TfA is confidential and is to be used for internal purposes only. The information collected is not to be provided to anyone outside TfA without the expression permission of the individual.

- Address
- Contact phone and fax numbers
- Spouse name (if appropriate)
- Company name, contact details, ABN. Some financial records of companies may be collected through the tendering process, and is limited to company information only, not personal information of individuals.
3. Personal information held by TfA is not to be used for any benefit, service or advantage.
4. Personal information held by TfA is to be kept secure and only accessed by authorised TfA personnel.
5. Personal information to be disposed of shall be done so in a secure way and not placed in rubbish bins or other places where it is easily accessed by others.
6. Ensure that the provisions of the Privacy Act 1988 are adhered to.
