Graduate Careers
The TfA graduate program is facilitated through day-to-day project involvement. The graduate program requires that graduates demonstrate competency across a range of skills essential to their role. You will have a personalised professional development program, where a mentor will be assigned directly to you. You will be in a learning environment, and because we are a team, you will be surrounded by support and encouragement.
TfA graduates will be continually developing and demonstrating their abilities through a variety of projects. Graduates will gain experience through:
- General engineering, design and project management - Concept through to Practical Completion for various industries
- Site experience as part of TfA’s representative team for major projects
Formal learning opportunities will be facilitated through:
- TfA monthly training
- Performance reviews
- Externally provided project management and technical design courses
