Architectural & Landscaping
Our experienced architectural team, led by our in-house architect, will create a unique building to fully utilise the complete potential of your site. Our design services cover a wide range of uses and applications, catering for retail, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. An in-depth design process identifies the project's requirements and transforms the site into a fully functional complex. The design takes into account the individual site restrictions, project budget, and style requirements. Existing buildings can be extended, and/or receive a new makeover using the lastest design software, including AutoCAD and Revit. Vacant land will be fully maximised to realise the best gross floor area, combined with all the necessary infrastructure required.
A complete Development Application is prepared, along with informative colour perspectives. Once the Development Application is approved, a complete set of construction documentation is prepared for tender purposes.
TfA also provide an experienced landscape design service for all commercial and industrial applications. Detailed drawings can be prepared for local authority approvals including full plant schedules for all plant species with special focus on sourcing indigenous plants for each location.
