Construction Management
Our project management team manages the construction phase. We can provide full-time or part-time on-site construction supervision, supported by our in-house design and engineering teams throughout the construction phase. Our construction supervisors are accredited in accordance with project requirements, be they confined space entry, first aid, fire awareness, construction or mine general safety. Many of our employees have held previous positions with major oil companies and have been trained in work permitting for hot work, working at height, excavation, confined space safe entry and electrical isolation.
Whatever your requirements, we provide construction management which is integrated with the delivery of your project. Our construction managers report construction progress, monitor inspection and test plan compliance for both pre-commissioning and commissioning. TfA administer quality site inspections and practical completion certificates, supervise contractual compliance and review technical compliance during construction.
