Negotiations with Authorities

Where a development proposal is met with a number of site-specific or planning policy challenges, we generally recommend establishing early dialogue with the relevant authority. This dialogue usually takes the form of a pre-lodgement meeting, where the aim is to work towards achieving a positive outcome, one which can satisfy the objectives of all parties.
