TfA has experience in providing planning advice, preparing development applications and undertaking strategic planning in all sectors of the development industry.Our experience with residential development ranges from large lot subdivisions and multi-unit developments to small scale householder applications including the demolition of pre-1946 housing in demolition control precincts.
Our commercial development experience includes working on numerous retail shopping centres of varying size as well as individual retail outlets and service stations.
In relation to industrial development, we regularly prepare development applications for light industrial and warehouse developments and are also involved in applications for large scale bio-ethanol plants and refuelling facilities at ports and marinas.
