Caltex Truckstop and Retail Redevelopment Site. Including Caltex Foodary retail shop with internal adjoining truckies lounge and full kitchen; starter-gate 4 car refueling canopy; 3bay truck refueling canopy and separated car and truck parking areas.

Construction was completed in April 2020
TfA Involvement
TfA were engaged right from the start, where we undertook preliminary Town Planning investigation and due diligence, provided conceptual site designs, prepared, submitted and managed the relevant council DA and other authority approvals, provided a one-stop-shop detailed design package for all disciplines enabling the project to be competitively tendered and professionally constructed. TfA provided all key engineering inspections for Civil, Structural and Fuel Systems along the way. We are proud to have been a part of this journey.
