New to industry retail site. Including new look Caltex Foodary retail shop with Boost tenancy; starter-gate 4 car refueling canopy.

TfA Contribution

TfA were engaged right from the start, where we undertook preliminary Town Planning investigation and due diligence, provided conceptual site designs, prepared, submitted and managed the relevant council DA and other authority approvals, provided a one-stop-shop detailed design package for all disciplines including shop fit out enabling the project to be competitively tendered and professionally constructed. TFA provided all key engineering inspections for Civil, Structural and Fuel Systems along the way. There were multiple parties involved in the construction of this project and we enjoyed working with all.
