I’ve been with TFA for 5 years now. TFA originally grabbed my attention due to its extensive track record and experience in the renewables and biofuels segment –   an irresistible opportunity for a career shift. I wanted more than just a job; I craved a challenge, sustainability and technical engagement. TFA offered an innovative
spirit and that was precisely what I was looking for.

It’s been a transformative journey since starting with TFA in 2019. I transitioned from the brewing industry to the engineering as a graduate chemical engineer. In the past five years, I’ve not only improved my engineering, project management, and risk assessment skills but have also attained chartered status with Engineers Australia.

TFA’s unique environment exposed me to diverse engineering disciplines, shaping me into a leader in feasibility studies for renewables and biofuels and a key player in the detailed design of major projects. Beyond business, TFA fosters a social ecosystem, organising various events throughout the year. Our Christmas parties defy the corporate norm, embracing creativity and innovation—which is a total reflection of what TFA is all about.

As I look ahead, my vision is to continually enhance my technical, social and communication skills. I aspire to tackle more challenging and captivating projects, especially in the bioenergy and renewables sector. The support from TFA has been unwavering so I’m looking forward to continuing my professional development
with the company through our international training opportunities, participation in seminars, conferences, and other engineering activities.
