With a bold, innovative vision, we bring a fresh perspective to engineering in Australia. Our emphasis is on recruiting high-quality staff and retaining them through our unique and rewarding team culture.

We provide opportunity, mentoring and tools for empowerment within a “can-do” team culture where we work collaboratively towards common goals.

Our dynamic consultancy encourages staff to broaden their discipline skill set by way of training, mentoring and further development. Our multi-disciplinary approach empowers employees to make a range of valuable contributions to our projects, without being restricted in silo’s and this in turn provides additional value to our clients.

Members of our team enjoy a fast-paced, high-performing team environment working on some of the most complex and challenging projects that are paving the way for a future Australia.

Together, we are providing meaningful value and input into our project work.

Diversity & Inclusion

TFA Project Group has a long and proud history of diversity and inclusion within our workplace since our inception in 1995. As a national multi-disciplinary design and engineering consultancy, our range of projects affords us the opportunity to work in all parts of Australia, from coastal Ports to regional and remote parts of the country. We are excited to be embarking on our own reconciliation journey and expanding upon our connection to Country and the ways in which we can influence projects we work on that can benefit from inclusion and involvement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples.

We have been privileged to have worked on a number of projects which will have a direct and positive influence on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, including recent projects in Alice Springs and Thursday Island.

Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) provides our commitment to further enriching our team’s culture of respect, our connection to Country and our ability to influence greater participation in all the project work we do.
