Project Description

New to industry Retail site. This site consisted of a large standalone refuelling (4 dispenser) canopy and forecourt area, 200m2 retail convenience store, associated services & extensive landscaping works.

Construction was completed in April 2019

TfA Contribution

TfA’s role on this project included full project cycle works from preparing concept layouts, preparing & obtaining the town planning approval & complete detail design documentation including the coordination of all required building approvals. TfA also handled the tendering process and performed the superintendent / construction management role on behalf of the client.
