This was a new to industry site comprising a Shell Service Station with integrated McDonald’s fast food outlet and separate KFC fast food outlet with facility for two future retail outlets.
The project comprised extensive roadworks in a busy area of Northmead, Sydney.
TFA’s role included full project management, building design, civil, structural, mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and landscaping detailed design, tender documentation, contract negotiations, site supervision, commissioning and user documentation.
